These terms apply to every order placed on peptideangel.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them with our Research Use Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

2. Who can buy

  • You must be aged 18 or over and buying for laboratory research.
  • Before we accept or dispatch an order, we verify the buyer and the research purpose. We may ask for organisation details, proof of identity or address, and a signed buyer declaration.
  • We may refuse, hold or cancel any order where we cannot complete verification, and refund any amount paid.

3. Our products

  • Our products are research compounds supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only.
  • They are not medicines, foods or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use, or for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
  • We do not give advice on use, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

4. Product information and test reports

Each product page shows the compound, size, batch number and, where we hold a batch test report, the result and test date. Test reports relate to the batch named on them. Weights and results can vary slightly between vials and batches. Images are for illustration.

5. Orders and contract

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch the goods, or confirm in writing that we have accepted the order.
  • We may decline an order, for example because a product is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we cannot verify the buyer.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. [[VAT statement]] Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order through our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

7. Delivery and returns

8. Your responsibilities

  • Use and store the products only by trained personnel, in a laboratory setting and in line with the law.
  • Do not administer products to people or animals, and do not resell or pass them on for that purpose.
  • Give us accurate information, including your delivery address and research purpose.
  • Follow the storage instructions on the product page.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for any use of the products that breaches these terms.

10. Misuse

If you use a product in a way these terms do not allow, you are responsible for the resulting loss, claims and costs, to the extent the law allows.

11. Payment disputes

If there is a problem with an order, contact us first at contact@peptideangel.com with your order number. We will reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 business working days.

12. Intellectual property

The Peptide Angel name, logo, labels and website content belong to Ayzal Glow Ltd. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, supplier delays or severe weather. We will tell you if an order is affected.

14. General

  • These terms are the whole agreement between us about your order.
  • If a term is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
  • These terms are governed by the law of [[England and Wales]], and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under the law of where you live.
