Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing contact@peptideangel.com with your order number. We refund the full amount.

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.
Attach clear photos of the outer packaging, the product and its label.
We will check your report and, if it is confirmed, send a replacement or refund you in full at your choice, including the original delivery charge.

If a product is not as described on the product page, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.

You may return unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us first so we can give you a returns reference.
Products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or not as described, because we cannot resell material that has been opened.
Return postage is paid by you unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming that we have received a return or agreed a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
